Basic Overview
A leading power battery manufacturer has implemented mobile robot solutions in the cell production logistics at its Xiamen facility, achieving intelligent transformation of lithium battery manufacturing and significantly enhancing the automation and intelligence levels of the production line. The project deployed over 30 dual-lift AMRs and more than 60 subterranean AMRs.
Solution
From foil unpacking to coating material feeding and roller separation feeding, the entire process is handled by dual-lift AMRs, enabling seamless transfer of large electrode coils between processing stations. Roller separation feeding, die-cutting material handling, and winding feeding are managed by OHT systems for station integration, while concealed AMRs facilitate inter-process transfer of small electrode coil trays.
