Project Overview

The company specializes in the deep processing of aluminum.Due to the handling of large-tonnage coils during production, which requires cross-workshop operations, information between workshops is not shared.

By deploying six heavy-duty AGVs (60/20 tons) to replace manual flatbed carts, the process of moving aluminum coils between the cold rolling mills and the high-bay warehouse has been automated. This solution results in a more intelligent and efficient operation with reduced labor and physical effort.
